    Excellent nice day but unfortunately the tiles in the bathroom were coming a little loose and therefore either needs replacing or fixing. I understand there is only half a shower curtain so therefore water will overflow onto the tiled flooring.

    Its 4 star hotel, this is what they say. We booked deluxe king room but we were given just a normal double room. When informed reception and insisted what I booked. They replaced the room according to the booking. Now AC wasn't working at all. Had to go back to reception and informed them and he switched it on from the control room behind reception counter. And tried to convince me its off from the room (which wasn't) anyway when went back to the room AC was working. They tried to give me smaller room first (paid for bigger room) then in the hot 🔥 summer day switched off AC from the main control panel. Not very impressive. Anyway I will not be using this hotel again as its too far away from Central London and our last day we missed our train because of that which is not hotel's fault but it was so far away we couldn't get to kingscross on time. Staff is helpful and polite which is good. Hotel is clean and not far from the underground station. Just place is not for me in the future.

    The room was lovely and big. The bathroom in the “accessible” rooms are a bit strange because there are no shower doors and water gets everywhere. In addition to this, I had to request that the bathroom was cleaned around 3 days into our stay because it hadn’t been. In spite of my request, the bathroom clearly still hadn’t been mopped.
