    The Hotel location is nice. It's 5 minute walk from Hin weekend market, 4 minute walk from laudromat and 24 hour 7-11, there's gift shop, record store nearby, 5-10 minute walk from two big shopping malls, street food market where famous duck egg char kway teow exist is one block away. The hotel is clean, room service everyday, provide complementary water bottel everytime once you used up, necessary facilities are all provided, it's quiet and chill.

    I am disappointed with the parking management during my stay at this hotel. Guests were informed that the parking spaces were provided for hotel guests. However, after a long journey, while I was resting and had just fallen asleep, I received a call asking me to move my car because another person wanted to exit the parking area. (I left my phone number at my car for other guests to call me if they want to exit the parking as we do double park at the parking area) What made the situation more frustrating was that the person involved was not even staying at the hotel, but was using the parking area while visiting the pickleball court behind the hotel. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and disrupted my rest. I hope the hotel management will improve the parking system and ensure that hotel guests are given priority access to the parking facilities without being disturbed by non guests. Better parking management would greatly improve the overall guest experience.

    Location and cleanliness were superb. The only minor issue was the idea of putting the shoes in the locker. I’m traveling wearing shoes, and it’s annoying every time I need to change them. I recently had a car accident, and my arm and wrist were fractured, so it’s really painful every time I need to change my shoes.

    Location near to center, it’s just about 5-10mins walking distance to the hawker stall. And the famous Char Kuey Teow is just there! But the room has poor sound insulation. And the cleanliness of the room is a bit dirty. Anyway, is a old building it’s worth for the money.
