    Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. I asked about the possibility of a late check-out. At first, the staff member asked what time we wanted, which gave us the impression that our request might be possible. However, after I told them the time, they repeated it back in a way that made it seem as though the request was surprisingly unreasonable, and then asked us to wait. The staff member then checked with a colleague next to them and another staff member in the back office before finally telling us that a late check-out was not possible because the hotel was fully booked. If the hotel was already fully booked, I believe this could have been explained to us immediately. Instead, having us stand there while multiple staff members were consulted made the situation feel somewhat awkward and embarrassing. It would have been much better if they had simply explained from the beginning that late check-out was unavailable due to full occupancy or suggested an alternative check-out time. I felt that this interaction could have been handled in a more considerate and customer-friendly way. Aside from this experience, everything else was excellent. The facilities, cleanliness, atmosphere, and overall service exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed our stay and would be very happy to return. In fact, we hope to visit this hotel again every summer for our vacation, and we sincerely look forward to staying here again in the future.

    The staff were absolutely amazingly kind!!!!!!!! The staff was my favorite attribute of this Sheraton location. The idea of the facilities is also great, but cleanliness was an issue for me. The upholstery in the dining rooms and restaurants were VERY stained and the bathrooms and spa bathrooms has mold. If it weren’t for the stained upholstery everywhere and seeing so much mold, I would have been a happy camper. Again, the staff is polite, well mannered, kind, and all around awesome.
