    I really wanted to love this place because the unit looks beautiful in the photos and the view is honestly amazing. But the actual experience was quite disappointing. I was given a different unit from the one shown in the listing, and the one I got was smaller. We came as 4 adults, but the second bedroom only had a single bed and there was no air-conditioning. The AC in the master bedroom also didn’t work at all. The unit had a smell and didn’t feel properly cleaned. The washer couldn’t be used, and there was no staff available to help. On top of that, there was already a problem from the start during check-in. When I contacted the host, I was even told to cancel because another guest wanted to check in — only after I pushed back did the situation get sorted. The view and decor are nice, but overall the stay didn’t match the listing and the service really needs improvement.
