Close to Reggio di Calabria Lido station, museum, ferry to Sicily, groceries and restaurants. Complimentary morning coffee and croissants at the nearby coffee shop (breakfast)

Location was very convenient for the ferry and archeology museum. Staff is present very limited hours. No one was there when we checked out. I used a QR code to pay, which actually cost a bit more than just leaving (they would have charged through Expedia). Not a fancy place, but clean and comfortable. We weren't aware until we got there that a little kitchenette with dinnerware, microwave, etc. was provided. This might be useful for others since there aren't many eating places nearby (except pizza).

There's a step up into the bathroom to be aware of, though
