expected to arrive slightly pas midnight. got distracted drove an hour further south on the turnpike. missed the exit, unable to turn around on the turnpike. result, i got there at 3:30am. The lady still came down to let me in. exceptional service

I booked a stay at Sebastian Gardens through Agoda, and it was one of the worst lodging experiences I’ve ever had. The property had hidden fees that made the stay cost more than advertised. Upon arrival, I caught rats in the room, cockroaches, and even open sewer drains near the unit — completely unacceptable conditions for any guest. I had to clean the room myself just to make it somewhat livable.
When I reported the issues, management was unresponsive and dismissive, offering only minor compensation and refusing to take real responsibility. The place is unsafe, unsanitary, and falsely advertised.

Love that the staff and owner are very accommodating for my situation. Unfortunately the pool has been cooked for a couple weeks but hoping it will be up and running soon. There is no laundry onsite at this time. They have created a mini gym in the club house that helps.
The staff... cannot say anything bad about them. All of them are amazing and if I have any issues they are right there to help fix or come up with a way to remedy the situation.
It's been a great place to stay while we are looking for a rental property.
It's not the Hilton or a fancy hotel but it is great that you can make arrangements for one night, weekly, or even monthly if needed on a budget.

Right on the main drag but a little hard to spot. Has seen better days but the price is exceptional. Staff very friendly and helpful.
