This hotel is very accessible from I-95. The buildings are two-story with no elevator, however if you make a request to have a ground floor unit they will make an effort to give you one, but there is no guarantee. On the morning of our arrival, I called the hotel to find out if we would be able to have a ground floor room. Liza answered the phone and she told me that she might have an available unit. She checked and confirmed that there was one available and grabbed it for me, she even allowed us to check in half hour before check in time waiving the fee. We were very satisfied with her service. Then upon checking in we were very impressed with the cleanliness of our room. The floors were tiled, which made our stay even quieter because we barely made noise while walking as you would normally do on laminate floors. There is plenty of parking, and the personnel keep the grounds always looking their best. Hot breakfast was included, with a variety of items such as: scramble eggs, turkey or pork patties, pancakes or fried potatoes, bread, bagels, grits, coffee, tea, fruit, juices, milk and cereal. We stayed three nights and every morning they will switch their selections. The staff in the breakfast area are always very pleasant and guide if you need help. There is a nicely kept pool in the center of the grounds, surrounded by all the buildings. They also allow pets for an extra daily fee, and there are two waste stations, one on each end of property with plenty space for your pets on the outskirts of the property. If am ever in the area again, I will definitely stay here again. Strongly recommended.

Staying in vero beach inn and suites was the biggest mistake the lady on reception with curly hair and too much makeup on eyelashes was so pathetic she made us wait for 4 hrs for checkinn and then took our 100 dollar security and didn’t give us back during checout just because there was makeup stains left on towel, she was arrogant and rude and said your 100$ is gone bubye.
