The bad smell in the gym, the cleaning lady was knocking on the door exactly at 10 am. Since when has the checkout time been set to 10 am? it is used to be at 12

First I have to say the room is clean, the bed is comfy and we slept well. Despite an obvious number of young people permanently living in the building we did not here them and they have ere very friendly. On the booking site it mentioned there was parking, nothing about limited parking for $15 per night which I was happy to pay. When we arrived we were on a hurry, I planned to dump the bags, book the parking and run. We found a sign saying to sit down and wait as the staff were away for a short time. The staffers return we were told there were no parking spaces left and to park on Sultan Street. I took a note and raced off again. When I arrive back at 11:00 p.m. I discovered that Sultan Street was completely full except for the very far end and a quiet industrial area 6 minutes walk from the motel. I did not feel comfortable walking all that way in the middle of the night and poorly lit streets. As soon as we booked we started getting messages on WhatsApp and despite me doing the book and message the same message to book and kept appearing through the night so I decided to message them and say that I had a problem and needed to come back to motel to park Yes I did not feel safe walking back on my own as a woman in her 50s. Hello and behold finally no response. I rang the phone number provided and that man sent to park between select numbers at the hotel which I did happen to find a single park recently vacated that wasn't free early. I had been told that there were no parks left despite there being spaces earlier on so I was worried I was taking someone else's park but there was nothing I could do. Very frustrating was the fact that there was lots and lots of empty parking buildings across the road but there was towing messages and warnings to hotel guests not to park there and I couldn't afford for any trouble. I asked the man on the 0800 number to email me to let me know that it was okay to park there as the receptionist had rudely told me it was not. He said he was not able to do this and I said well I will put my phone on record and then you can tell me and that's when he hung up. Therefore I sent another message a text this time to WhatsApp saying I have severe arthritis I cannot walk 6 minutes in the dark and a poorly looked straight on my own at 11:15 p.m. to your motel I have found a park number 69 I'm parking there your guy told me to and if my vehicle gets towed it's your responsibility. I never got a reply but the car was still there in the morning. I just really think this is an unacceptable situation that needs to be resolved. Quite clearly there is adequate parking but I don't know why the motel can't negotiate for guests to park at a cost which I was happy to pay and the completely empty car park buildings within 10 m of the motel. Would I stay here again? Maybe if I was here really early in the day and they guaranteed me a park that they could save if I went out
