    very friendly staff and great location. It’s very close to the metro station and there are lots of restaurants around, including French, Chinese and Korean food. There are also plenty of bars nearby and a convenience store just around the corner downstairs. Le Marais is only about a 10 min walk away, so it’s really convenient for shopping and walking around. The only downside is that the soundproofing from the street side wasn’t great.

    Really solid hotel in an excellent location. It's very central, right near Les Halles, with great Métro connections that make getting around the city a breeze. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, which always makes a stay more enjoyable. Now, the rooms are on the smaller side, but honestly, that's just Paris — you know what you're signing up for, and it never felt like an issue. The only minor gripe would be the pillows, which weren't the most comfortable. But beyond that, nothing to complain about at all. All in all, a very decent experience and I'd happily recommend it for anyone looking for a well-located, no-fuss spot in Paris.

    The staff was very friendly at arrival. The reception is very small and so are the rooms. The location is very good in short distance from everything as well as from main metro station Chatelet-les-halles and RER B that goes straight to the airport. The street is a pedestrian street so the taxis can’t go all the way to the entrance of the hotel but need to stop at the next corner. I was unpleasantly surprised with the staffs reaction when I told them I was cold and couldn’t get the inside electronic dashboard for the heating system to work when they said it wasn’t his responsibility and that the season hadn’t arrived for heating usage (I was there in October) After asking for the manager the staff finally brought me a small heater and an extra cover that solved my situation. It should have been solved immediately and without fuss and responsibility discussion. All else was good.
