Lovely property and gardens, accommodating and friendly hosts. Great breakfast. Great location

Quirky room, but in a nice way. The bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. Rod is a very good host. Just two points: we weren't able to get hot water from the taps, despite running them for several minutes, and we didn't want to keep them running as it would waste water. The hot tap on the bath didn't work at all. We got hot water by running the electric shower to the basin. There is a little step in the bathroom, which Rod did point out, but I still tripped on it 2 or 3 times. Maybe, mark the step with hazard warning tape. We would stay there again.

Absolutely stunning property for those who like a bit of history. Host was so accommodating to our needs. Beds were exceptionally comfortable and we felt so relaxed making the most of the roll top bath. Breakfast was top drawer (loved the sausages especially). Nothing to fault. We’re already booked in for next year!

We had an excellent stay at Dane Court. A B&B full of character. Our room was very spacious and the bed and shower excellent. We were on the ground floor by the courtyard. Breakfast service was very personal and the food good. Big plus was that we were 2 minutes walk into the town centre. If we were to go back to the area definitely stay here.
