    The hotel was just outside the Old Quarter, but easy to cross on a footbridge. The staff were lovely, bonus it has a spa service, I wasn't a big fan of the breakfast but for the price it was fine. Would highly recommend Hanoi Downtown Restaurant & Cafe - Great for Western and Vietnamese options for kids (short walk from the hotel)

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das gesamte Personal. Alle Mitarbeiter waren stets freundlich, aufmerksam und unglaublich hilfsbereit. Ob Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten oder Unterstützung bei organisatorischen Fragen – wir haben immer wertvolle Ratschläge erhalten. Man hat jederzeit gespürt, dass das Wohlbefinden der Gäste für das Team an erster Stelle steht. Diese außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft hat unseren Aufenthalt zu einer unvergesslichen Erfahrung gemacht. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist ausgezeichnet. Our stay at Veshia Hotel in Hanoi was excellent and definitely one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well cared for. The staff truly made our stay special. Every team member was consistently friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. Whether we needed recommendations for restaurants and attractions or assistance with travel arrangements, we always received valuable advice. We genuinely felt that guest comfort and satisfaction were their top priorities. Their outstanding hospitality made our stay an unforgettable experience. The hotel also offers excellent value for money. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was a great way to start the day. Without hesitation, we would stay at Veshia Hotel again on our next visit to Hanoi and highly recommend it to others. Thank you to the entire team!

    1.Bed was too small for 2 adult and 1(2yr old) baby. During booking though I mentioned I need one large bed still got small bed . And room is too small ( I only had this room option during booking). 2.Location is quite odd as everytime have to cross the over bridge. 3. At the time off check out they packed our breakfast but whatever we asked we already informed before the night off our check out still they gave totally wrong items and didn't give whatever was there in the menu. We were in a rush so unable to check at the hotel later we realized that they actually fooled us. This is extremely unaccepted and unprofessional behavior. For this I'm giving minus for this hotel
