    Cockroach is everywhere and ac is making loud noice unable to sleep.

    The staffs were very polite and accommodating. The hotel is clean and comfy, with easy access to food chains, shopping malls and commuter rides to and from the hotel. I would definitely love to check-in again in the future.

    We stayed here for one night and the experience got off to a rough start right after check-in. We were allocated a room on the 3rd floor, only to discover that the lift wasn’t working after already arriving with 30 kg of luggage. Not ideal, especially returning exhausted from an island trip through El Nido and Coron. When we asked the staff, a staff member initially said the lift was working and operated it just for us to move our luggage up. After multiple follow-ups, we finally learned that floors 1 and 2 were under renovation, which is why guests were placed on the 3rd floor. But if you’re putting guests on the top available floor during renovations, the lift simply has to be working that’s the bare minimum. The staff did help with the luggage eventually, which we appreciated. But the lack of communication and poor renovation planning made for a very frustrating end to an otherwise wonderful trip.
