Fűtött házikó, meleg, tiszta szobák vártak minket. Minden pontosan olyan volt, mint a feltöltött fotókon látható. A konyha mindennel felszerelt (elegendő mosogatógép tabletta, kukás zacskó, alufólia, szalvéta, stb), a nappali rendkívül otthonos. A kandallóba is begyújtottunk. Az emeleti mindkét hálószoba ágyai kényelmesek voltak. Rendkívül komfortos, hogy a fűtést helyiségenként lehet állítani. A környék csendes, pihenésre alkalmas. 5-10 percre van autóval Tátralomnic vagy Ótátrafüred, a kiinduló túraútvonalak. Hálásak vagyunk, hogy bár felár ellenében, de kutyusunkat is fogadták. A ház mellett két autó kényelmesen tud parkolni. A kommunikáció zökkenőmentes volt.
Kissé nehezen ment a tűzgyújtás a kandallóba, kis puhább fa (pl. akác) gyújtósnak megkönnyítené a műveletet.
