Where do I even begin! Floor was dirty and grimy wasn’t clean at all even the Manager Richard said she hasn’t been cleaning the rooms fully which is wild to me. The key cards not unlocking my room door. All the pubic hair in shower and in all towels I was given. Extremely rude employee's and especially Richard the Manager who is very unprofessional and treats customers very poorly with disrespect and attitude! Was called a sexist for only asking for new towels due to multiple pubic hairs in them and peoples hair cus the maid didn’t understand English or speak English. She only knew Spanish and because she didn’t understand she said I scared her when I was again simply asking for clean towels and my garbage taken out after on Saturday Manager Richard said he’ll have a maid clean my room and he was going to put clean towels and give me a deal and put in the notes on my room and never did so nothing got cleaned or trash taken out. The Manager Richard lacks empathy and customer service and care fully and should be fired! Worst stay I’ve EVER Experienced in my life! I never write reviews but this I am 100% cus it was that awful and

The most disgusting thing ever very disappointed at this place. They also had cockroaches. A really bad place to stay. I check in at 6:30pm and check out at 8:30 next day.

The pictures are misleading. The place is a DUMP. Nasty showers l, grease in the sinks and zero accommodations. The place smelled and reeked of weed. There were actual families living here. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Dirty rooms, you can feel the Springs on the mattress. Front desk assistant did her best to fix the dirty to room situation.

The place is pretty much like an extended stay. Alot of families. The people above us were so loud. The place smelled like weed. There was roaches in the room. I had to exchange towels myself for clean ones. And was told they could only give me the qtys I turned in. The cards demagnetized after the first night. No one attending the front when they are checking empty rooms.

The view from the outside is nice but deceiving. As soon as you walk in there is a bad smell. The staff seems as they do not want to be there. The occupants are either on drugs and noisy. 3 am and making noise. Moving stuff. Stomping and yelling going on. Overall a very bad experience. I will not be staying here again.

For the price we payed for a week , no breakfast , crack heads living in the back of hotel - no water pressure to have a shower and it would turn off if someone upstairs flushed the toilet - limited access to clean towels - pillows were so flat you might as well yours a backpack for a pillow And roaches roaches everywhere they were living behind the desk and the pictures on the wall Good fridge space but the flat top stoves don’t work People live there, like single mother or families which is fine but kids running down the hallway in diapers and their underwear They allow pets to dog piss in the elevators Oh to make it worse !!!!!!! Only one person can use the Wi-Fi in the room :( Overall I give it a 1 star was not clean at all

The place was ok except being pet friendly is taken a little too far there were a lot of large animals and my husband had gotten like 8 flee bits on day four the cable went out and we had to change rooms also there were roaches not a ton of them but enough to where I had to keep everything in our suitcases for fear of taking them with us the staff were all real nice and helpful it’s just the customers that were loud and rude

As soon as i entered the room all the cockroaches started running around. So many in the kitchen, on the restroom and cabinet. Also the property inside and outside had marijuana odor but on the website says non smoking. Before we checked out there where 2 guys arguing really bad in front of our room none of the staff came to see what was happening.

This hotel is so awful I have no idea how they have not closed. The room we stayed in looked like it hadn’t been cleaned besides the bed being made. Sticky smudges on the walls. The floor was sticky even after we asked them to come mop it. No dishes or pots & pans. Dirty black smudged towels. Nefarious people going in and out the back door frequently. Loud and rude neighbors that play loud music till 2am. We had issues with our TV. Untrustworthy staff. I had to clean the shower before we could use it. Dried Nail polish from a child all over random areas. And don’t even get me started about the ROACHES. There were several I’d have to kill on my nightly bathroom trip. And even some right by my head on the wall in the middle of the night. Do not stay here. It’s very unsafe and reeks of marijuana that I didn’t want my young kids around.

Hotel is horrible. Location is next to the freeway and the noise is too much. The smell of cigarettes and marijuana perfumes the entire building inside and outside. Not a place to be with your family. During our stay, sound of loud screaming adults having disagreements and children crying. I am so disappointed because the location did not have competent management to resolve our issues. We felt unsafe during our stay. I was ready to walk away from the cost of the reservation but we had 2 other families staying here with us. We elected to stay but was a horrible place.
