I would not stay here again.

Only good thing was a large sized refrigerator and a mini stove top if you wanted to prepare food. Also kitchen cabinets. Only good thing about stay.

I really didn't like much. It comes off to present itself as a Hotel, but to me it was more like a motel. No room service. Floors weren't cleaned properly and I got dog hair on my socks that I wore on bare floor, no carpet. Also bathroom sink was stopped up and couldn't even take a bath cause drain-stopper did not work. Blinds also didn't work there was no way to pull them down, so my window was left were people walking by could view into my room. Plus for a hotel that's only been in business 7 years, the interior looked awful.

I didn’t like not one thing about the property

First of all the pictures online must be old because the rooms are filthy, smells bad, sink had oil in it, I’m surprised I didn’t see rats, ants or roaches.

I didn't want to leave.

I liked how clean it was. It's the nicest hotel in the area, as it's surrounded by two other motels. You can't beat the price. I think every room has a little kitchen area, which was cool. The staff made the stay that much better. I had issues with the air conditioning at one point, tho it just turned out that i needed to have the correct settings selected. I also had to extend my stay on multiple occasions and they had no problem accommodating that.

They didn’t inform us that people live there. The third floor where we stayed smelled so bad like fish since they cook there, and they didn’t do anything about it. What a disappointment. We should’ve gotten all our money back.

About to book my 4th stay after i post this.

the staff at the front are fantastic, i like that the rooms are inside a building that you have to use a key to enter so it feels safe. Each time I've stayed the rooms were very clean, and i think every room has a fridge and stove top, a bathtub/shower and air conditioning (at least every room I've stayed in had them)... And while the beds are just ok, i love how high they are from the ground that you can see under them. Oh and they allow pets❤️. I love that. For the price, you couldn't ask for better. Especially in the area.

The area kinda sucks, although there is every type of store right up the street. Restaurants, a gym, Walmart, a car wash, etc...

Homeless Shelter not Hotel!

The staff was friendly and quick to check us in.

The hotel smelled almost like cigarettes, weed, and musty..There were some shady guys walking around the property at night, and one actually asked us to let them through the secure doors (which we didn't). Seemed that this properly is used by people that are homeless or low income extened stay hotel. I didn't see that on the reviews and I guess we got what we paid for. I should've done better homework on this hotel. Will never stay here again. Awful stay and very disappointed

Better than I hoped and would recommend to those needing a place to stay temporarily

For context, this place was designed and made about 5 years ago as a response to COVID and low income housing to get people off the streets and "stop the Spread". With that being said, this place is WELL worth the stay for anyone needing a place temporarily but can't afford an apartment in today's economy.. It's an "extended stay hotel" and it comes with a full blown fridge, built-in microwave and even a stove! Compared to the last hotel I stayed at, this place had a FULL Laundromat inside with more than 8 dryers and 5 washes. The last place had only ONE set... Be warned though, the card reader system doesn't work well In the wash room, so bring quarters. Hallways were temp controlled and the room was fresh and clean. The bed in the photo is my blow up mattress lol sorry but.. trust issues

I came fully prepared for bugs with spray and cleaning supplies.. None of that, bad reviews had me on edge. They said cockroaches we're running underneath the fridge, the shower had mold, and people smoking in the hallways... None of that, haha I'm serious, I was scared but this place either got smoked by bad reviews or they shaped up QUICK. My room was clean, no smoking in hallways and shower had ZERO mold. My only complaint was some woman a few doors down screaming for some reason every now and then "YOU ARE NOT MY GOD"... I assumed it was normal since no one complained or called the cops... Which should tell you about the "patience" of the residents in this place. Lol E.g. no cussing, or threatening, or shooting.. Just a screaming lady 🤷🏾‍♂️

The manager here went above and beyond for my family. I booked through booking.com and it made it such a horrible check in experience but the manager was so kind to help us.

Although the manager was so sweet, when we got to our room there was roaches on the wall. When I got out the shower there were a few baby ones on the floor. I was so grossed out.
