The location of the property is ideal, close to a metro station and it also is near to shops and some restaurants.
What lets it down is staff, they weren’t very friendly but did speak English, which was very much appreciated. However, whenever you asked them for something there was always an excuse e.g. checking in early we were asked to pay more. I asked them where the bar was, they said they didn’t have one - even though there was a sign in the lift for it.
The worst thing is I wasn’t advised ahead of time that the fitness centre was closed, I would’ve stayed somewhere else had I been forewarned.

Such a nice hotel, friendly staff and 3 mins walk to the subway station and another 5-8 mins walk to SanLiTun. Would definitely stay here again.
