Awesome friendly staff, I enjoyed the hot springs and hiking at the top of the ropeway. Taxi dropped me at the wrong hotel and someone came right away to pick me up. They went out of their way to have a staff member that spoke English there when I checked in.

Staff are phenomenal. Unfortunately the room was not worth the money. Extremely stained carpet, wallpaper coming loose, toilet not working properly, old dated and not very inviting. The same goes for the onsen area. There is no laundry service either and it does smell smokey.
The location is great, only 7min walk from bus terminal, right opposite of ski lifts and again the staff are phenomenal.
