Cute 1960's hotel with a very nice pool - check in was great ample parking a bit of a hike to downtown - breakfast vouchers for Rick's was great and Coffee machine is ready at anytime in the lobby - as for the room needs to be updated - mattress was not great and the shower water pressure was like being in a 3rd world just awful water was either hot or cold - repipe the building

This is quite possibly the most underrated property in Palm Springs. Experiences from check-in, the stay, and check out were perfect. The staff was very friendly, I believe the owners were on site as well, making sure everything was in tiptop shape. The room was clean and amenities were sufficient. There was ample parking spaces and also a free electric vehicle charging station. I would most definitely choose to stay on this property again.

It had all the stuff you needed for a short stay. The pool is open 24/7, no loud noise after 10 pm. Very quiet. Had a coffee machine, small fitness center, water and ice.

This hotel is lovely and great for a short stay. Staff was excellent and welcoming. Liked the pool and the shower pressure was great and water hot. Parking was easy. A little run down, and could have been cleaner (especially considering it is a bit pricey). Overall, good stay.

Located right along the busy Route 111 in the oldest part of Palm Springs this is quite an eclectic place! Very small and uniquely styled, I suppose this appeals to a certain crowd, but as a business traveler I am used to hotels that offer more in the way of room size, layout, bathroom amenities and room keycards. This place actually gives you brass keys to lock and unlock your room! The shower was unusable due to a very small space (2.5X2.5 ft) and too short curtain, so I used a washcloth instead. Toilet was the old small round style, not optimal. And I set off the smoke alarm due to steam from the shower, before I stepped in, thankfully. Parking was very limited, with less than twenty spaces in two areas, one unlit. Very nice staff, but just not right for me. The picture here is taken across the very small but clean pool, making it look a bit like a lake!

Loved the cleanliness and the pool area. Parking was a breeze. The only thing i didn’t like was my room was close to the busy road, so you could hear the traffic. They did provide you with ear plugs and a cheapy sleep mask etc.. but you should bring your own! I would stay again if I could get a room not facing the road.

This is an older motor lodge style hotel that has been thoughtfully updated with a fun Palm Springs style. I was looking for an inexpensive option while on business and this hit the price point I was looking for. Yes, it doesn't have the amenities that a larger resort has, but the hotel staff were friendly, made sure my room was clean, and made my stay a very good one. And I am not sure what they did to the water pressure, but wow, it was one of the best showers I have ever had. I also loved the VIP benefit of the breakfast vouchers to Ricks Restaurant down the road. What a great diner and it to the overall experience.

The owners did a good job of fixing up an older hotel with a Palm Springs vibe. There are some nice perks that make up for the room price like a breakfast coupon for a nearby restaurant, a complimentary beverage (beer, bottle of wine or soft drink) at check-in, bicycles, and a central coffee machine that makes a range of drinks. On-site parking was sufficient and the pool was heated and well-maintained. There are lots of sitting areas outside of the rooms. We would stay there again.

It was an older motel but it was very, very clean and Paul at the front desk was extremely hospitable and helpful. The pool was so very clean and the property was well taken care of. Our room was by the street so it was noisy. Next time I will get a room further back. Thank you Paul & Fransisco.

It’s an OK property. The bathroom needs to be redone particularly the shower. It’s old and grotty in order to make it nicer. They would have to redo the whole place and that would be very expensive. Nice people though.

Oh, this hotel was so charming and just adorable. My room had the kind of character that only an older (mid-20th century, I believe) can have, and directly overlooked the pool area. And the staff was so helpful and friendly. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I thought that this hotel was adorable. The only thing I would have changed is asking for a room not by the side door so we would not hear the street traffic. That honestly was not a huge deal. Friendly staff, easy check in they even had our room ready when we got there almost 2 hrs early (not that I would expect that every time though they did have a busy weekend) simple comfy environment, great amenities such as coffee 24/7 , gym small though if you need a workout it’ll do, pool was nice and really clean with pool towels and plenty of seating and umbrellas… the pool is great for a dip and relaxing and enjoying the music they had playing… the hotel is small and run by some really lovely folks. You do have to check in my 9 pm though I could probably say if you contact them they would work with you. It’s definitely not a party hotel so great for families looking for quiet and relaxing or couples as well. It’s a couple miles north of downtown but that’s like 5 minutes away. Beds were nice though our shower in the deluxe room was a bit tight yet effective. Had a fridge and microwave. You don’t really need a coffee pot since there coffee in the breezeway bar as they call it .found a scorpion in our room though I can’t hold that against the staff since we were on the ground floor in a desert hotel. Overall I’d give it a 9.5 which to me equals 5 stars since there is no 4.5 stars Will be back for sure !!!
