I purchased the room out of necessity due to a family emergency, and still had to work from home. Upon arrival, you receive a burnt chocolate chip cookie and immediately get charged an extra $50 for "incidents". This should be returned within 72 hours after check-out, I was told, but I haven't noticed it four days after check-out. Upon arriving at my room, it smelled like BBQ and BO for the first two nights, so I purchased a candle to get rid of the smell. The location advertises internet, but it was nonexistent. The internet wouldn't stay connected long enough for me to do my job and meet my deadlines, since I had to work at night. Instead, I had to go to the hospital at 5 am to complete handwritten notes on information found on my phone. When I would return at night, there was no water pressure, and the shower was lukewarm and not relaxing at all. When I finally had an opportunity to take advantage of the breakfast, it looked good, but has the consistency of rubber. It's a good property for a quick stay when you don't have work to do.

Our son is in the hospital long term and we have stayed at several hotels in the area. Once we found Country Inn & Suites, we quit going elsewhere. The rooms are clean, the location is convenient, the breakfast is great, and the staff are friendly! It's an excellent find!

The facilities are good but I accidentally made a reservation for the wrong date, and the hotel wouldn't cancel my reservation. There are too many other hotel chains to choose. So, Country Inn & Suites lost me as a customer forever.
