Stayed here for several days. Considering the decent price, facilities/rooms are good enough. Some staff can speak OK English, but some others are not. Because of the location and address, taxi, grab or delivery services might be in troubled if they don't know that area, even receptionist explains the detail on the phone, sometimes they take longer time to reach out than I expect. There's no laundry facility as it explained in the description at the moment of 2018 June, there is laundry service with some costs instead. Moreover, this building is not "non-smoking" while it explained "Smoke-free property". Ashtray is everywhere and no separation with non-smoking and smoking.
Breakfast buffet is provided, it's ok for quick bite. But do not expect too much.
