    Here’s a corrected and more natural version of your text: I don’t understand what the staff here (a middle-aged lady) is supposed to do. I rented the room for about a week, and there was a small trash can in the room where I put my trash. One day, she came to my door and asked how long I was staying. I told her that I had renewed my stay through the app, and then she said that I needed to go downstairs to inform her directly, not just tell the sale staff. She look around my room then said that I shouldn’t leave trash in the room and that I had to take it downstairs myself or I would be fined. I just smiled and didn’t say anything. But I still bring it down coz i stayed here for a week  ( This isn't my first time here, and I regularly take my trash down whenever I go out) That day, when I checked out, she came up and check the room. There was a small trash can in the room, and I had put my trash in it. When she came back downstairs, she again said that I shouldn’t leave trash in the room. So, is it wrong for guests to check out and leave trash in the room? I also want to emphasize that my trash was just a small bag, not a whole garbage bin or anything excessive. Her attitude really annoyed me.
