    The location, staff, and facilities were generally good. However, the check-in and booking verification process was extremely frustrating. My family—two adults and three children—booked this hotel through the Agoda app. However, the reception staff told me that our reservation had been made through *** and asked us to pay an additional fee for one child. This did not make sense because I had already paid the full amount through Agoda, and the booking clearly stated that it included two adults and three children. As a result, the check-in process took far too long. What made the situation even more disappointing was that the same problem happened again. I stayed at this hotel twice within the same week, and I had to go through the same frustrating booking issue both times. The hotel itself is not bad, but the reservation system and communication between the booking platform and the reception staff need to be improved. This repeated inconvenience seriously affected our overall experience.

    It was worth for value inspite of location being away from points of tourists attraction.

    We arrived 1.30 hours earlier than the check-in time, as we called the receptionist on the phone earlier, they didn’t mention any charges and told us to come. As we came to the hotel, she said that we had to pay 10% in cash for this early- check-in. As we checked out and sat on the hotel waiting sofa for the hotel maids to check our room, the receptionist didn’t even notice us the check-out action had been done until I asked. After all, if the hotel changes this nightmare receptionist, all other things of it would be fine.
