    For Amman standards this was a very good hotel. There are a few small things that need fixing here and there, such as straightening the bathroom mirror and tightening the towel rack but those were just minor things. The lady at breakfast was so nice and friendly, an extra dumbs up for her. Parking is a bit of an issue but eventually we always found a place beside the road not too far from the hotel

    I stayed for 2 nights, on my first night I put the fact that I had no hot water down to perhaps they had ran out., the pressure was very low so I just thought there was none left. When I didn’t have hot water the next day for my shower I went and spoke to the manager, who told me to run it and wait..which I had already done. He followed me to my room, tried to get hot water and failed, went down to the pump room and still no hot water. He told me he would find me another room to shower in, but to give him 15mins as they would need to clean the bathroom as guests had left that morning. On check out I asked how housekeeping didn’t realise there was no hot water whilst they were cleaning the bathroom, he looked me straight in the eyes and told me that you don’t need hot water to clean!! His response has led me to my 1 star as I don’t think they know how to clean a room to the required standard.
