I stayed there when they had a super discounted rate going on and it was great value for money. The shuttle does run from the hotel to mayo clinic but it stops less times in the day at la quinta than some other places. However it worked out for me with the shuttle schedule.

The bed was comfortable and the room and common areas were clean enough. But the hotel is loud (doors slamming until almost 1am and could hear the person upstairs getting ready starting at 5:30am) and breakfast options were limited. It is very far south in Rochester, not super convenient.
