Nice cozy little apartment, very good value for money

I reserved a suite with breakfast included; however, breakfast was not included when I checked in.
I also expected to receive the bed sheets in sealed packages. Not only were the sheets not packaged, but the receptionist did not pay attention when I asked for clean sheets in covers.
Moreover, some items, such as the Kleenex tissues, were already opened and were not sealed or new. The kitchen sponge was also used/open and not new.
In addition, one of the lamps in the living room was broken. I reported this issue to the reception desk, but again, no attention was paid to my request and nobody came to replace it.
Overall, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the suite and the lack of response from the staff regarding these issues.
