    I stayed here last month, and the room was good. The location was convenient, close to the town, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. However, there was a severe mosquito problem. Last month, I had a sore throat, but I didn't pay much attention to it. I booked a room here again for the second month, hoping for a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, the bed bug problem was just as bad as before, and I couldn't sleep properly at all. It was a very uncomfortable experience. The management should take immediate action to control the bed bug and improve the guest experience.

    No cleaning,no water supply in the morning tap was in broken condition inside bathroom etc. My question is that agoda is an international company how such type of mistakes happening ,even these type of experience I faced previous years(2024) in banglore and ooty tour. Next time I think I will not be book any hotel stay through agoda .
