    This property is located right in front of the main road, few meters from the beach access, and most importantly few meters away from the Bohol International Marathon event venue - BE Grand Bohol. This is the first and only time I checked in a hotel where the staff is very welcoming and very considerate. I was traveling to Bohol with my family to participate in BIM 2025. Our ferry tickets to Tagbilaran were schedules early in the morning. Even considering land travel to Panglao, we would be arriving very early at the hotel. I was initially worried that we might not be able to check-in early and we had to find another area (maybe the beach) to pass time until check-in time. I only planned to request to leave our luggages at the hotel before we leave for the beach. When I talked to the woman at the lobby, without hesitation, she erased my worries right away by saying that there is nothing to worry about because we can check-in right away without any additional fees and that we should help ourselves and settle down and be comfortable at their room. It was really a big relief and I wondered how come it was so easy for her to decide to accept us. Later on, I found out that she is the owner of the hotel herself (her and her husband to be specific). Her son was the one welcoming us at the gate and her husband was the one roaming around preparing the rooms. With their welcoming and kind smiles, from then on, we felt home. They enjoyed the early morning cheers and laughters at the gate fronting the marathon route as the runners passed by and they joined the guests at the front yard celebrating and talking about their experiences. On our last day, they even let us extend our stay for several hours to wait for our transport to Tagbilaran without any additional fees. Place is clean and peaceful, rooms are big, toilet is working well, shower and accessories are functioning well, water is free, fridge and kettle is available and bed and mattress spotless and very comfortable. Staying here was peaceful, worry-free, and felt like home.

    The facilities are pretty basic (no pool or restaurant) but the location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the area and hail tricycles. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout (thank you, Kenneth!). The room was spacious enough for 5 people with reliable wifi and hot water. If you want a convenient, comfortable, cheap, and clean accomodation near the main road, this place is a solid choice.
