The staff that helped us check…excellent! The lady that helped us at checkout was a little cranky. We got the impression that we were an annoyance for the bags we asked her to hold.

The hotel was very nice. The room was very clean. the staff was very friendly. However, the exercise facility needs a major upgrade. There is a gross lack of quality equipment. In short, the gym needs a full assessment and a total makeover. Other than the gym, the Jaslin Hotel is a great place to stay.

Room clean view ok the neighborhood is in s busy area across busy 24 hour fire station that was constantly active. The welcoming staff was a rule person that spelled out the hotel rules rather the hotel availability of service. My trash cans were full till I departed.

Friendly staffs and fast services. Small room, but comfy bed and clean sheets. Located right in the heart of Chinatown. Lots of food choices within walking distance.

If you're going to be in the Chinatown area and don't expect a Four Seasons experience this place is fine. It was clean, it was comfortable but it was nothing fancy. You can walk to McCormick Place, but for most anything else, other than Chinatown, you'll probably need another mode of transportation besides legs.

The hotel was average- I expected more for a 3 star hotel. Even though we were in Chinatown it felt like your average American hotel. They could have done so much more to embrace the feel of Chinatown. The staff was nice- just don’t call and ask for directions on how to get there using the L from midway. The rooms were clean but small, and towels were very rough feeling. Overall it was a nice experience in an average hotel.

This Hotel was just what I needed for my accomodations while attending a conference at mcCormick Place. Its just an short uber drive away. I did not need anything fancy, just a great celan quiet room to stay. he hotle staff was also very helpful. I felt safe and enjoyed my week olong stay thre.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location, and the price. I would not come back. The front desk is inexperienced, as I believe they are college students. Rarely know any information. The room smell dirty, with their old carpets. Anything you ask is charged extra. Even if they have a room available, empty they won’t let you in unless you pay the fee if is before 2pm, not even 15m earlier.

The location was nice. This is the 1st Hotel I've ever been to in 64 years that did not even have coffee in the lobby in the morning. Not even a cheap continental breakfast for guests. My wife would have like to a decaf coffee for the coffee pot in the room. They did not have any. The WIFI was very poor. It took at least 10 seconds to pull a web page on our phones. Not much coverage there from AT&T there either. had to stand at the window. The room safe was inoperable. It needed batteries. The battery cover was broken. I could not get the hotel to fix this for us so we could put our valuables in the safe while we were out of the hotel. I asked for a different room and even though rooms were available we were unable to get moved. There was a man outside of our Hotel in the morning wearing nothing but his shorts passed out on the sidewalk. I couldn't tell if he was beathing. For all I know he might have been dead. There is no parking there. You have to park a block away on a lot owned by someone else. If you cant scan a QR code and pay using your cell phone don't go there. Parking was just under $20 a day. I am handicapped and it took almost everything that I had in me to walk a long block to get to and from my car.

Great stay that met our needs. No bells and whistles but clean and friendly staff. We were in town for a basketball tournament and it was an easy 15-20min walk away from hotel. Chinatown across the street made eating options easy, walgreens also across the street for other needs. Overall a good choice if you don't need a poil, hot tub, breakfast options, gym. Starbucks is next door too.

The room is small but adequate & had a fridge but no microwave which would have been great! Also they seemed setup for holding breakfast off the lobby, but didn’t. There were tables & equipment so I would suggest this for the future. There literally is no breakfast restaurants in the Chinatown neighborhood.

The hotel room was overall clean. They have luggage storage which is great since we arrived early in Chicago. It is walkable to the red line. There a lot of good restaurants and shopping since it is in Chinatown. Some of the staff members were welcoming while others were not. The room was clean when arrived. There is not a lot of toiletries provided so prepare to bring your own.

There website and Expedia show check-in time of 3pm. We weren't allowed to check-in until 4pm and hed to wait in the lobby with many people who were also led to believe it was 3pm....other than that it was a wonderful hotel. I would definitely stay there again if visiting Chicago.
