Could not extend stay due to mana

I couldn't extend my stay because the manager lady was busy and couldn't answer the phone, so we need to wait for 4:00 p.m. to get our key, demanding $25 for early checking, also found hair on bed liner.

Call more than 10 times no answer... Manager having problems to answer phone calls, wasn't able to extend stays, have to rebook and check in time is 4pm. Now we have to wait until 4pm to get our key

Everything was clean and processing was smooth. Nothing broken or dysfunctional. Only wish they had a dresser/cabinet with drawers for clothing. I had to live out of my backpack. Not a dealbreaker though. Nice hotel and friendly staff.

Jaslin hotel is located at a convenient location surrounded by Asian eateries. It’s close to bus and subway stops. The staff was most helpful although the phone in the room doesn’t work

Room was clean and staff were friendly with check-in and giving me extra pillows. The bed was comfortable. The hotel ia in the heart of chinatown with great restaurants, pretty conveniently walkable to McCormick center. Overall very happy with my stay here.

It was overall OK. There are many dining options because it is in China Town. You can get any supply such as water, toothpaste etc at the drug store very near to the hotel. Room was little bit small but overall OK. Pricewise, it was OK.

Amazing property if you want something a little cheaper but still only 15min away from downtown. Nice and renovated hotel without any issues. Patricia at the front desk was very helpful and all staff overall was great. I will be coming back to Jaslin next year for my marathon weekend!

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, we had a lovely stay. The hotel is conveniently located and it only takes 15 minutes to get to downtown via the subway. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Chicago.

5 minute drive from Soldier Field. Parking was inconvenient and we had to park 2 blocks away. But nice and quiet hotel.

The Jaslin offered a clean comfortable room that was convenient to the Conference Center and had easy accessibility to the Red Line providing a quick ride to the downtown area.
