This is the perfect place to stay when you have an early morning flight. It is clean and the management is incredibly nice. It felt like family. The small town of Cinisis is charming to walk around. Absolutely convenient to the airport which is just a short ride away. They will happily arrange a shuttle anytime.

From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The hosts at Kunesias Guesthouse go above and beyond to make sure every guest feels comfortable — their hospitality is truly unmatched. The property itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and full of charm. My room was spacious, quiet, and thoughtfully designed, with all the little touches that make travel so much easier.
Breakfast was a highlight — fresh, delicious, and served with such care. The location in Cinisi is perfect, just a few minutes from the Palermo airport yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind. It’s also a great base for exploring the surrounding area, with restaurants, shops, and the beach all within easy reach.
What stood out most was the warmth and kindness of the hosts — they treat you like family, not just another guest. I can’t recommend Kunesias Guesthouse highly enough. Whether you’re here for one night before a flight or a longer Sicilian getaway, this is the place to stay.

This was our second stay while in Sicily. Breakfast was excellent, the staff made us feel like family. Parking is on the street, but you can park close if you are early.
