The room is fine; parking is available on the street. The check in was ok however you will expect to communicate with the staff via email or text. I haven't seen a live person from the hotel.

I had a train strike coming from Cefalu and was totally scared. Marco made me feel safe guided me to the hotel. On point about getting to the airport, you can trust them. Thank you Marco! And staff!
