    We generally don’t have issues with Marriott, but this hotel has 2 different type Marriotts…The 1 including breakfast and the 1 without. In addition, I felt like I was sleeping on a”BOX SPRING” and not a mattress and the pillows were…let’s not go there! The pool towels were the size of hand towels…and I’m not exaggerating AT ALL! The only thing good was the location and the Starbucks across the street & the location to the beach was fine. Even after topping the maid, she didn’t clean our room but once…after waking me up the first day…then nothing. Would I say spend the money NO! We stay at the Gaylord several times a year and NEVER have we been denied upgraded WIFI, but unless you’ve stayed 24 nights “this year” already…you gonna pay! We travel a lot, I’ll take a hard pad with Marriott and stick to Hyatt & Hilton…that is till they give me a reason to speak out. If I’m going to pay more…I EXPECT MORE!
