Change your towel a new one pls…and your food(breakfast) is totally disaster, this is my nth time checking in your hotel but still the food is totally worse.

I love the comfort of this hotel- with refrigerator,microwave and with special needs accessibility when we asked for it.
The only thing that we want is a water dispenser so it’s easier for us get it and not buy from outside facility.It’s clean but not so immaculately clean. The receptionists and the rest of the staff are so helpful and courteous. The place is accessible for all our needs.
We will recommend this hotel to our friends.

The stuff was great very convenient being close to SM Mall of Asia and the airport. Really thankful for the front desk person to recommend seeing the show at the solar.
