Everything was close. The only complaint that I have is that I asked for a wake up call at 4am and i did not get one and ehen I went to the desk that morning there was a young man working that didn't know English. The wake up call was important to me because I couldn't set my alarm to go off on your time (military time.) I chose to stay awake all night because I was worried and that was what saved me. Please make sure that overnight staff speaks English and that they do the appropriate wake up calls. All of the staff was perfect, and so kind. The day workers at the desk, I loved. The man running the breakfast upstairs was a dream... couldn't be more happy with them.

The overall property is not to small but the rooms are very small and very limited space

The service from the staff was excellent, the location was near the Galataport, making it really easy for disembarkation, but at the end we appreciate the good service, also the roof top restaurant offers a nice view of the Bosphorus and the coffee was good to.

Everything was perfect and the staff was great and very welcoming. We felt safe the whole time. Just keep in mind that the rooms aren’t really big.
