Very nice little room, clean, bathroom small and clean has everything you need There is nothing to complain about here.
I will come again and recommend it to others. The price is right and you are Quickly to the enclosed location, very good for me, PERFECT.

Most helpful and hardest working people you ever saw. Arrived late at the hotel, were given a chance to order a delicious steak dinner in the surprisingly fancy restaurant with very professional and hardworking staff. After working in the restaurant until at least 10:30 pm the owner got up at 4:00 to make us fresh croissants with jam inside for our breakfast. She is amazing! Room was (and this is rare!) better than the photos -- and super clean -- and in the morning we opened our shutters to find a bucolic scene of a pond right outside. Very convenient location off highway between Venice and Trieste/Ljubjiana but should be a destination in and of itself. Charming spot.
