    I really wanted to love this place, especially after reading so many positive reviews. Due to some scheduling changes on my end, I ended up extending my stay, which gave me even more time to experience the property. There were definitely some positives. The room was very spacious, with a separate living area, bathroom, and a beautiful patio. The grounds were lush and well-maintained, and the location was excellent—within walking distance of the main area, making it very convenient. The front desk staff were also wonderful. They were helpful when I needed to extend my stay, accommodated a room upgrade, and provided useful recommendations throughout my visit. At first glance, the room appeared clean and organized. However, upon closer inspection, there were a number of cleanliness issues that became difficult to ignore. The walls and doors had visible smudges, grease marks, and stains. The glass shower divider looked like it had not been thoroughly cleaned in quite some time, and the sink and toilet showed signs that they needed a deeper scrub. Housekeeping services were provided every two days, and guests were expected to maintain the room in between. While I appreciated having housekeeping available, I eventually requested that the sheets be changed due to lingering odors. As someone who is sensitive to scents, I noticed a persistent smell in the bedding that affected my sleep and made it feel as though the linens had not been fully refreshed between guests. One other note: the website mentioned a shuttle service, but I was unable to access a complimentary shuttle during my stay. Overall, the size of the room, location, beautiful grounds, and exceptional front desk service saved this review from being lower. However, the housekeeping and deep-cleaning standards did not match the rating I expected based on the reviews I had read. For that reason, I would rate this stay 3 out of 5 stars.

    Loved this hotel! The staff was so nice and welcoming and the room was beautiful and spacious. This is located about 15 min from zen beach and there are some great restaurants and a 7/11 5 min from the hotel. Beautiful pool and a gym. Totally recommend ❤️
