I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The room was extremely dirty—there were cockroaches, the floor was covered in dust, and the sheets didn’t look clean. The water heater was broken, so there was no hot water, which made my stay quite uncomfortable.
The room itself looked nothing like the pictures online. It was shabby and poorly maintained, giving a completely different impression than what was advertised. Additionally, there is no elevator, which can be inconvenient for guests with heavy luggage.
On the positive side, the staff were very friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. The hotel's location is also quite convenient. However, the poor room conditions made it hard to enjoy my stay. I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless major improvements are made.
