Great place to stay in Nha Trang, Buffett breakfast was the best I’ve had in Vietnam. Beds very comfortable and rooms very clean highly recommend

SeaSoul looks very impressive at first sight — stylish lighting, elegant exterior, and a strong European-inspired design. It definitely gives a luxury first impression. But after staying here, we felt that behind the beautiful picture there are quite a few things that do not match a true 5-star experience. We booked a suite on the 10th floor with a sea view. The view was beautiful — even with nearby high-rise buildings and a cell tower, the panorama of the bay still looked great 🌅. The suite itself was spacious, and one of the best things in the room was the very comfortable mattress. Pillows were also good. The large bathroom with bathtub and shower was a plus, and we appreciated the small fruit plate provided as a welcome gift 🍉. However, many details felt overlooked. Although the reservation clearly stated three guests, the room was prepared only for two: no water, no bathrobe, no slippers, and not even towels for the third person. There was also a second bathroom near our son’s room, but strangely no shampoo or soap was provided there. Another issue was the location of our suite. It was at the far end of the floor next to a service elevator. Staff used this elevator constantly, and the nearby doors had very squeaky hinges, so we kept hearing them open and close throughout the day 🚪. Also, while the lobby had good air conditioning and felt comfortable, the hallways were hot and stuffy, with cheap and worn carpet that really hurt the overall impression. The hotel positions itself as new, but the interior design feels quite old-fashioned and already a bit tired. Guests expecting a modern five-star look may be surprised. Also, even in a suite there was no coffee machine, which is unusual for a hotel of this category ☕. Breakfast was probably the weakest part of the stay. It’s served on the third floor and accessed by room card. There is only one coffee machine, which creates queues when the restaurant is busy. There are some good elements — Vietnamese soups and omelet station — but overall the selection felt limited. Bacon was very fatty, fruit selection was inconsistent, and there were almost no fresh greens. For us, breakfast was disappointing. The gym is actually a positive point. It’s spacious and has decent equipment, plus a water cooler 💪. However, again small details are missing — there were no cups, only one stretching mat, and no foam rollers. In fact, I ended up leaving my own foam roller in the gym as a small gift for future guests 😄. One very pleasant surprise was the café on the ground floor. They serve some of the best coffee we had in Nha Trang ☕. Prices are higher than street cafés, but the quality is excellent. They also offer a nice craft beer selection, including Belgian dark beer 🍺 — a great alternative if you’re tired of the usual Tiger and Heineken. At the end of our stay the hotel kindly offered one extra complimentary hour for late check-out, which we appreciated 👍. Overall SeaSoul has strong visual appeal and some real positives — comfortable beds, spacious rooms, sea views, a good gym, and an excellent café. However, for a hotel that presents itself as five stars, there are still too many missing details in comfort, maintenance, and service. It looks impressive, but the experience doesn’t fully match the five-star promise.
