Lovely place. The staff is very welcoming and helping. The hotel is located in Laleli, which is the heart of the old town. The breakfast was very good and everything else was fine.

Very nice and clean room, on the smaller side. Easy and quick check in service. Lovely buffet breakfast on the top floor with a terrace overlooking the sea. Good location, close to all ameneties (money exchange, souvenirs, food, mosques) and 20 minute walk or 5 minute tram ride from main attractions like Sultanahmet mosque, Hagia Sophia etc.
Surrounding area is full of clothes shops with some...interesting items, to say the least lol.
Only downside was mini fridge wasn't working, only one key card and bathroom lock didn't work. To be fair though, we didn't actually ask them to fix any of these issues as it didn't bother us so can't comment on how they resolved these minor issues.
