    Highly recommend this place. Its a 3 minute walk to Real Alcazar and Seville Cathedral. We are in the middle of Santa Cruz and all the alleys are so beautiful and accessible. The room itself is so pretty and clean and the bed is nice. Comforter is available and aircon is working good. This is really worth the money because the price is really good. I highly recommend the 2 receptionists who assisted us very nicely. They have recommmended a very nice Flamenco show and the best eats around the area. I will definitely book this place again if we are back in Seville.

    I stayed for 5 nights and had a very mixed experience. On the positive side, the linens were clean, the towels were soft, and toiletries were provided. The room also came with a helpful electric kettle, two tiny cups, teaspoons, a plate, and a butter knife.However, sleeping was nearly impossible due to the building's layout. The single rooms with double beds face a 3-story inner courtyard. Because the reception and corridors are tiled, sound echoes easily. The front door and guest rooms have heavy spring mechanisms that slam violently. I was woken up by guests returning at 2:30–3:00 AM (I could hear their showers running), a service man at 5:00 AM, cleaners at 8:00 AM, and loud talking from the reception.The management was terrible and dishonest. When I complained, the grumpy angry man at the reception was rude and refused to move me. A receptionist claimed the quiet room next door was reserved for three people, but I later saw them give it to a solo traveler. Another staff member admitted quiet "double rooms" were open but refused to upgrade me because I booked via Agoda. Instead of upgrading me to a better, quiet room, they just told me they could offer a refund via Agoda and that I should go and look elsewhere.Furthermore, the room had maintenance issues. There was mold in the bathroom, the wardrobe smelled musty, the double bed shifted when sat on, and the long pillow was very uncomfortable.If you decide to stay here, do not book a single room with a double bed. The poor management, lack of hospitality, and constant noise ruined my stay.
