    The only criticism would be guests of the hotel not having free access to pool (€5/hour). Apart from that, everything was really nice, from breakfast to staff, cleanliness etc.

    The housing did not meet the expected levels of hygiene and cleanliness. As soon as we arrived in the room, the desk and minibar counter were covered in dust, crumbs and hair. We ran our finger over the top of the television and dust came off. Old decor and furniture from the 80s, all in very dark tones, from the furniture, to the floor, to the curtains (with stains!!) and bathroom, making the room's atmosphere very dark and heavy. During the night, the electrical board went down several times and the television kept turning off. Poor quality breakfast on the first day and the next day we arrived 1 hour before breakfast finish and there were more than 30 people waiting to get in and customers in the hotel atrium as if they were refugees. Very unhappy with the experience, the stay was terrible, I didn't even feel like going to the hotel to rest at the end of the day. In total disagreement with the 4-star hotel classification. Rubbish hotel
