    We recently visited Ruby Stone with high expectations of the establishment based on the pictures and pricepoint. When we got there the place was clean and seemed very promising. The biggest issues we experianced was that there was no hot water and even after reporting it no one from the staff team took liberty to try and make alternative arrangement for us. Our room did not have an aircon remote and on request the staff indicated they thought it was there, which suggested our room had not been checked prior to our arrival. The establishment experianced a power cut and the power only got restored about 20mins later, with no indication of the cause outlined to us or even prior explanation shared during checkin that backup does take long to kick in in the event of a power loss. Ruby Stone has great potential but we had a very bad experiance during our stay.

    I enjoyed my stay however there are things they can improve on . Like changing the towels everyday and bedding, the balcony was not clean at one couldn’t sit outside. The staff was nice breakfast was okay, if you don’t have money for a 4 or 5 stars this place it’s really affordable would stay here again
