The location was ideal and convenient. The shower was spacious, with excellent water pressure, and the bed was very comfortable. The ladies who assisted us in the morning were friendly, and we appreciated having the room cleaned while we were out.
The blanket and gown were dirty, and the curtain had come off its rail, preventing us from closing it properly. There was no bin in the bathroom, so we had to move the bedroom bin there. The handwash dispenser was empty, and no coffee or milk was provided. The kettle was dirty, with small particles floating in the water inside. There was also no drinking water in the fridge.
