Great location. As a solo traveler it was enough amount of space (in the room) and close to the places i want to visit. Staff were courteous and gracious.

We loved this hotel! I travel to MXC for work and decided to extend my trip this time. Location was perfect. A lot of food, stores and coffee shops. Overall very safe area.
Bed was comfortable and room was very well kept. Staff were very helpful and overall very pleasant.
Only down side-
it’s very loud. Even with earplugs, several loud sounds. It was advertised as noise proof rooms and they are not.
It was also listed that there was AC and our room had none. The weather was pleasant at the morning and night so we could open a door. The day time was hot and thankfully we were out all day.
The lock on the door, we did not feel safe and pushed a chair against the door. The handle does not lock from the outside when you lock on the inside so it’s hard to tell if it’s locked or not. We weren’t able to move the handle to see if it was truly locked.
Otherwise we would stay again as long as we had a room with AC
