    The only thing is that tones should have been offered and it’s was very noisy with some Jun did machinery 4-5am. Otherwise it was also a great location with the subway down the block . It’s 1 stop past the opera house from the Szechenyi baths . Great restaurants and bar with outdoor seating also . Included breakfast was very good . Hotel Staff was great

    Low flexibility when solving problem. Check in issue because of door lock error, wasted almost 30mins and almost missed the concert. Should have offered new room immediately instead of letting us going up and down and waiting for nothing instead. Breakfast time different on weekday and weekend but it was not informed when checking in. Wasted another 30mins to wait until open. Turned out to be a very rush breakfast. Should have informed us the different breakfast time since I’m only staying for two days how would I know both morning different time schedule? Anyway, Breakfast good variety. Bed comfy. Nice atmosphere. Good location. But both experience on both my check in and check out day are running my mood for sure.
