The hotel and room were well thought out. Excellent customer service. Staff were so helpful and always had a smile on their face. Breakfasts were delicious. Location was perfect, far enough from the noise of the city but close enough to walk to great restaurants and shopping. Nimman is by far my favorite neighborhood in Chiang Mai. It’s even better when you stay at BED.

The place is incredible! Staff is beyond helpful and I think the best staff I have ever had at a hotel. Every single staff was exceptional!!!!!! The rooms and hotel was spotless and beautiful. The location is amazing! The breakfast was also incredible! I wish I could have them 10 stars!!!
