Great location quiet and clean

It was only one thing that was wrong and that was the shower curtain need to be soaked in Clorox but other than that it was amazing

I stayed here for three days. Overall, I think this place is reasonably nice and clean while being conveniently close to IAH. If you are simply looking for a place to sleep and store your belongings, it may be worth considering. However, there are several disappointing issues that I would like to highlight. **(1) The shuttle service is terrible.** I was unable to request the shuttle service in advance. Even after I landed at IAH, they told me to call again once I arrived at the hotel shuttle pickup area. In total, I waited about 50 minutes while shuttles from other hotels came and went. Some even completed two loops while I was waiting. The drive from the airport to the hotel should only take about 15 minutes. I eventually gave up and ordered an Uber because I had been waiting for too long. **(2) The shuttle service was also a problem on my departure day.** On day three, I informed the staff that my flight was at noon. They recommended that I reserve a shuttle for 7:30 a.m. after checking out. They also told me to arrive 15 minutes early to complete the checkout process. However, when I checked out that morning, they informed me that the shuttle had already left at 7:15 a.m. and that I would need to find my own transportation to the airport because I was "late." If the shuttle was scheduled to leave at 7:15 a.m., why did they tell me to reserve it for 7:30 a.m.? I would have had no problem leaving at 7:15. My frustration stems from the misleading information provided by the staff. I was furious that the shuttle service, which was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel over others, was essentially nonexistent. **(3) Communication with the staff was difficult.** Of the two staff members I interacted with, neither spoke English well enough to communicate effectively. This made it difficult to ask questions and resolve issues. **(4) The hairdryer in my room was broken.** It also had someone else's hair stuck inside it. They eventually provided a replacement, but the condition of the original hairdryer was unacceptable. **(5) Someone entered my room without notice.** On day two, I realized that someone had entered my room, not to clean it, but to remove the broken hairdryer. No one informed me in advance that staff would be entering. Fortunately, I had locked all of my valuables in my suitcase and nothing was missing. Nevertheless, entering a guest's room without prior notice is highly unprofessional. **(6) The pillows were in poor condition.** My room contained four pillows. Two were clean, although the seams were beginning to come apart. The other two had greenish-yellow stains on them and were frankly disgusting. They should be replaced. **(7) No bathroom rug was provided.** As a result, I had to use one of the bath towels as a floor mat. When staff entered my room on day two, they neither provided a bathroom rug nor replaced the towel that had become dirty from being used on the floor.
