    Boathouse is located right on the bay with a deck overlooking the water. You can see the small boats going out in the morning and coming back at night. Pelicans land close by, but we didn't see any dolphins. View of people fishing off the boat docks is annoying. There is a very small pool, but we didn't use it. One car parking per room in front of the building. The view from the room is to another car park and is not very nice. This is an older motel, and despite being spotlessly clean, certain things in the room are not 100%. The toilet/bathtub cubicle is tiny. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows we too high for me, and my neck hurt in the morning. The location is a bit out of the "action" area, and this is an older part of Marco Island. All in all, it was a pleasant stay and was good value for money paid.
