    Great place, love the staff. The girl in the office was very helpful with food areas and where to go, very friendly and helpful. Sorry didn't remember she name.

    I had booked another property on a different cote that fell through. I booked this condo late the same evening I needed to check in and, even though it was well after hours, Richard, the owner, still worked with me to get me in. The condo was also, clean, well equipped, and very nice!

    When we checked we were charged a *** facilities fee that was not shown when we were booking on Agoda/***. So we really didn't get the deal we were expecting. Also we reserved a view suite but Agoda did not convey this to the hotel and we were put in the deluxe suite. The suite was a bit "outdated" but clean and spacious with nice furniture . Beds were comfy. Plenty of bath and pool towel towels. Nice size living room and kitchen was adequately stocked with dishes etc. A/C and ceiling fans all worked well. Nice screen enclosed patio but too hot outside to enjoy. Staff was friendly and helpful although their "hands were tied" regarding the facilities fee and wrong room reservation.
