Very good stay

Very Good place to stay as it's very close to Imagica, Excellent food, clean and we'll maintained property. The staff is very well trained and groomed. They are very polite and helpful. We recommend this place to all families planning their Imagica trip.

It was short trip and relaxing getaway with family to celebrate a birthday. We all enjoyed our stay and an amazing breakfast spead.

To The Management Mastiff Grand Khopoli. The following is a feedback I would like to give you after having stayed at your hotel. Whether you take it in the right spirit and bring about any improvements is upto you. 1. Sensor Lights Everywhere - Bad idea. I do not want to sit over the commode and keep swaying my hands for lights while answering nature's call. Also I would prefer a well lit passage area outside my main door for security reasons. 2. Bathroom/Washbasin area - Your bathing room is dingy, dark and dirty. Your commode seat does not cover the entire commode area leaving ceramic touching skin which is very uncomfortable. Water collection at the drain while bathing, feels sick. Bathing while standing in a pool of dirty water is not my idea of freshning up. Major hygiene issue. Washbasin bowl should be designed in a way that one does not get wet while making use of it. 3. Linen - Your bedsheets, duvet and towels smell bad and feel unfresh. As though they are taken away from rooms, dried out and provided to guests unwashed. Major hygiene issue. 4. Housekeeping Staff - Provide them with professional training so that....duvet cover change does not touch the floor or their shoes, small hand squeegee is NOT used on the wash basis area as well as on the bathroom floor, so that some rubbish cloth that leaves behind more dirt and fibre instead of cleaning surfaces, are not used. Pillows are not carried under arm pits. Tea, sugar, milk and coffe satchets should be provided without any contamination. Also check your Electric Kettle , it's got rust at the pouring end. 5. Pool - Your pool area is unsupervised and a major security risk. You believe in keeping windows locked in my room but leave your pool area and terrace unsupervised. What is something untoward happens. Drowning, Accidental Fall off the Infinity Pool, Suicide, Molestation, Murder This is a serious security breach. 6. Your internet is annoyingly slow. Why?? 6. Checkin 2 pm. Checkout 10 am. Why?? 7. Using the card for an Elevator is a first I've experienced in all my years. Maybe you work around that too. 8. Lastly one of your staff members calls me one day before our checkout and orders me to leave my room and that we would be shifted to another room because the wall paper in our current room required changing. I wouldn't want to name that person and ruin the persons career opportunities and have also had a word with this person but please train your staff well. On the upsite, you have fortunately been blessed with a good chef and therefore I do not have any big issues with the taste of the food. However, the staff requires training on handling food. At the restaurant the guy making Dosas wears his gloves in all his glory then goes and moves the Dustbin with the same gloves. Table serving and clearing also takes a backseat. Conversing in their native language all the time should also be avoided. Your gardens, parking area and lobby is well maintained.
