They only have room service every other day. That is the only negative we found.

The remote to our TV had buttons that didn’t work. Getting a new one from the front desk was easy, but then We had issues with our TV not working properly. Other than that, it was a wonderful hotel. We stayed during thanksgiving, so it was a busy morning for travelers. But the breakfast buffet stayed cleaned and fully stocked. The coffee was great. The attendant really was doing a wonderful job. That night we asked for extra towels and the front desk worker offered a mat for the floor as well.

We came in to town for our granddaughters softball tournament. The staff were very nice from the front desk customer service folks to the young man wiping down tables and tidying up at breakfast. Our first time at this location but not our first time a SpringHill Suites, never had a disapointing experience.
